Meredythe Winter

Meredythe Dee Winter (Creator/Executive Producer People’s Telly Award Winning She Rocks The Planet!®, Creator/Executive Producer of Emmy® Nominated Planet X® Action Sports Television) Meredythe holds a B.A. in Communications/Visual Arts, from UCSD, and an M.A. in Creative Arts Interdisciplinary Studies, from SFSU. Her first children’s album, “Pat’s English” was produced in Germany, to teach English through song. Her 2nd album “Let’s Make Every Day Earth Day!” has won numerous ASCAP Awards for Children’s Educational Music & was a Finalist in the First John Lennon Songwriting Contest. She is also a writer/publisher member of ASCAP and a NARAS (GRAMMY®) Member.

An accomplished singer and pianist, trained in Classical music, since she was 5, and specializing in Ragtime, Fats Waller, and pop standards. Meredythe entertains weekly at Memory Care Senior Homes throughout San Diego County. Teaching beginning and intermediate students since she was 16, she loves to work with children and adults that are interested in adding music into their lives. Meredythe is also a graduate of the prestigious Tamalpa Institute, studying Movement Based Expressive Arts Education with the Legendary Dance Pioneer, Anna Halprin, who will be 100 years of age this summer.
