Born and raised in Nice, France, Grégory Langer is a young violinist who is currently completing his Masters of Music at the Southern Methodist University where he was awarded a full scholarship.
Thanks to the mentorship of world-renowned performers and pedagogues such David Lefevre, Milan Vitek and Alexander Sitkovetsky, he developed a unique approach to violin performance and pedagogy.
Gregory’s eagerness to share his passion translates into a teaching style is tailored to each student’s personal goals and abilities. A lesson typically includes finger drills, technical exercises, scales, etudes and main piece.
His most recent projects include the launch of a chamber music concert series in Rehoboth Beach, DE, and chamber music performances alongside members of the critically acclaimed Escher Quartet.
In his spare time, Gregory enjoys cooking, biking and exploring national parks with his cat, Diddle.
