Brandon Mitchell

Brandon began playing the cello in the school orchestra at the age of seven. By the time he was in high school he was a part of a successful wedding quartet. Around that same time his father bought him his first bass guitar. A year later, Brandon accepted a music scholarship from DePaul University. This is where he began teaching private music lessons and teaching through Chicago Civic Orchestra MusiCorps. After a year of working as a Carnival Cruise Lines musician, he began teaching students for local music shops. Today, Brandon is a teacher for School of Rock Plainfield and a bass player for several Chicagoland bands.
