Chasity Washington

Chasity Washington is a Native Houstonian who is new in San Antonio. Chasity longed to study music since she joined choir at the age of 7 and took on self vocal training and Piano at the age of 10; then professionally when she got to high school. Chasity is currently a member of the University of Texas at San Antonio’s Opera House and Choir. Chasity has studied with Pianist Michael J. Grauvogl, Lee University Choir Director Dr. Luke Gambles, Lamar University Choir Director Dr. James J. Han and The Baytown Symphony Orchestra. She is currently attending The University of Texas at San Antonio as a Music Education Major. Chasity has 3 years of teaching experience as she apprenticed under Michael J. Grauvogl. Chasity likes her students to have fun and enforced a comfortable learning environment for all her students to enjoy. Chasity enjoys performing on stage any chance she gets and has fun singing all the time and loves to experiment in songwriting and transcribing popular music.
