Andres Orco

Andres Orco is a guitarist and composer. Playing since the age of 14, Andres has been studying guitar since 2010. He holds a bachelors degree from Berklee College of Music, a masters degree from New England Conservatory, and is currently pursuing a doctorate from the University of Colorado Boulder in jazz performance and pedagogy. While at Berklee, Andres had the opportunity to study with Tim Miller and Mick Goodrick, two legendary guitarists and teachers. As a member of the New England Conservatory Jazz Orchestra during his masters, Andres had the honor to share the stage with jazz luminaries such as Dave Holland, Ran Blake, Luciana Souza, and Antonio Sanchez. While an active performer, Andres prefers writing guitar pedagogy books and teaching aspiring guitarists of all levels and ages.
