Angela Burmayan is from West Covina, California. Angela grew up playing piano and has 15+ years of classical piano experience. Angela began playing the piano at just five years old and was taught by Susan St. Claire. Angela also has 14 years experience playing the clarinet and nearly 10 years experience playing the tenor saxophone. She has performed with multiple concert ensembles, jazz ensembles, marching band ensembles and college pep band ensembles as well. Angela has won scholarships and awards with her clarinet skills when she attended Covina High School. Angela holds a B.S. degree in Biology from the University of California, Riverside. She is now attending Cal Poly Pomona where she will receive her Master’s Degree in Animal Science in 2021. Angela has four years of tutoring experience in various school subjects and has one year experience in teaching basic music skills to Manzanita Elementary school students. Angela teaches beginning and intermediate level in piano and all levels of clarinet. Aside from music, Angela is also a talented artist and loves to paint!
