Elise Solberg

Elise Solberg is a pianist, vocalist, songwriter, and musical director based in Los Angeles, California. She is an experienced and versatile performer in multiple styles of music, including classical, pop, R&B, rock and jazz. Elise has performed with Grammy nominees Chloe X Halle at the MTV Movie & TV Awards and James Corden’s “the Late Late Show.” Recently, she made an appearance as a pianist on an episode of ABC sitcom, “The Kids Are Alright.” She has performed as a piano concerto soloist with orchestras such as the Breckenridge Festival Orchestra. She started her musical studies at the Yamaha Advanced Piano Academy in Tokyo, Japan before relocating to Denver, Colorado. There, she studied with piano instructors Dr. Fifi Hut, Dr. Richard Holbrook, Larry Graham, and Sandra Rohr (voice). Elise continued her piano studies at University of Southern California’s Thornton School of Music with Dr. Stewart Gordon. Her strong passion for many kinds of music was noticed by mentor Patrice Rushen, whom Elise studied with at USC. Joining the critically acclaimed Popular Music program there, she received the best education she could ever ask for in performance, writing, arranging, production and musical direction. Elise recently graduated from USC summa cum laude in May of 2018.
