Sara Rhuda

Sara is a recent graduate of NYU Tisch where she studied Musical Theatre.  Recently moved from Massachusetts, Sara is excited to explore the mountains and streams of Colorado.  Sara has been performing since she was 9 years old and recent favorite roles include Queenie in The Wild Party and Prospero in Shakespeare’s The Tempest, both of which were produced at NYU.

Sara has had the privilege of working with young heater artists from the ages of 5-18, working one on one in voice lessons and even directing full length productions.  She loves to work physically and often incorporates movement and breathing exercises into her lessons.  Sara’s favorite thing about teaching is the connection she forms with her students—she hopes to provide a safe space to explore, grow, and learn, a space in which freedom and joy are the norm and music is what it should be: a release!

On the weekends, Sara can be found climbing the rocks of the Boulder area or searching for a beautiful creek to swim in.
